Jams, Jelly & Preserves - 2011
Special Announcement: In 2011, the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is collaborating with the Milton Fair, Lindsay Fair and Orangeville Fair to bring in the best Jams, Jellies and Preserves to our competitions. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in the identified classes at each of these fairs are being provided with a certificate from the Royal for a complimentary class entry into the Royal's Jams, Jelly and Preserves competitions.
The 4 classes are:
-Strawberry Jam
-Marmalade
-Chili Sauce
-Dill Pickles
We hope that you will bring your winning entry to The Royal this year and to help celebrate your win, we will waive the class fee for your type of jam, jelly or preserve.
