Application Process

  1. Please be sure to complete the entire Application Form before submitting.
  2. Submit close-up photographs (colour or black and white) and brochures of all of the products you wish to sell at The Royal. No mass groupings of items are permitted. Do not send Polaroids or slides. Please provide brand information where applicable.
  3. Submit a photograph(s) of your booth(s), including details regarding booth dimensions, type of display cabinets, tables, and other materials that you intend to use. Note: Photographs submitted with this application will not be returned.
  4. If you are selected to be an Exhibitor, a deposit will be required. Booth rental fees must be paid in full by the date as specified on the License Agreement

 Booth Space Options:

  • Minimum booth size available is 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.).
  • Larger booth sizes can be created by adding multiples of 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.)

Booth Rates

Rates depend on location. Costs for additional booths are based on the full cost per sq. ft. There are no discounts applicable for multiple booth space.
