How to Register

Admission for School Groups

We have a finite number of tickets available for school groups for each weekday of the Fair. We recommend you register early to avoid disappointment.  Traditionally the final Thursday and Friday of the Fair attracts the highest number of schools.

Registration can be accomplished as follows:

Please note that during the Royal, registration forms must be faxed in or submitted on-line at least 2 business days before the day of your visit.

Benefits of Registering Early

• Tickets will be mailed on October 22 to any paid registrants. This will avoid line ups on arrival at The Royal
• Schools who have registered prior to October 19, 2012 will receive an information package including a map of the venue, highlights of The Royal and information on your arrival procedures
• Please note teachers may revise their ticket orders prior to the start of The Royal (November 2, 2012).

Late Registrants must pick up their tickets upon arrival at The Royal at the School Group Registration Booth in the Galleria, Hall C entrance of the Direct Energy Centre between 9:00 am and Noon on weekdays during the Fair.

Special pricing

• One complimentary chaperone ticket will be provided for every 15 paying student tickets purchased. This offer applies to schools that are registered before The Royal begins on November 2, 2012.  No complimentary chaperone tickets are available during the Fair.
•  Bus Drivers are admitted free with proper identification.
• Special needs groups with less than 10 students should directly contact the school group office to receive the school group pricing.

• Post-dated school cheques dated Oct. 19, 2012 will be accepted as payment.

• These cheques will be deposited on that date and tickets mailed Oct. 22, 2012.
• Please ensure that the school name or registration number appears on any personal cheques

Cash will be accepted at the School Entrance cashier on the day of your visit.

Credit Card If you have indicated that you wish to pay by credit card, we will call you on receipt of your registration and take the credit card details over the phone.

Refunds for groups who have paid in advance

• Deadline for refunds is Thursday November 29, 2012
• Teacher/Co-ordinator must mail in the completed Refund form along with the unused tickets to our office after the Fair
