Douglas Trudeau, I am Turtle Clan and from the Ojibwe Nation. I was born in Thompson Manitoba and grew up in the city of Windsor ON, my roots come from Wiikwemkoong Unceded Territory.
I am the Proud owner of 4WINDS Indigenous Catering here in Toronto. The connection between our food and how and who provides it for us is my passion. I find it so humbling and honouring being able to reconnect with how my people used to eat before colonialism and use my /teachings/imagination and skills I’ve learned in my 20+ years as a Chef and create medicine infused food to not only taste good, but feel good.
