Lilian Cardoso is a Brazilian Canadian Chef who after finishing her master’s degree in Biological Sciences in Brazil, she moved to Canada to pursue her passion for the culinary arts. After graduating with excellence from the world-renowned culinary institution Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Lilian set out to enhance her career by gaining much experience working along side some of the bests Chefs in Brazil, Paris, Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. Chef Lilian has taken a role towards education and is the new Executive Chef at The Local Café, Restaurant and Event Centre at the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts, at Centennial College.
