The Hilton Quebec’s Executive Chef, Simon Renaud, has been in the culinary field for over 20 years. Member of the Society of chefs and pastry chefs of Quebec since 2007, he is determined to showcase and feature the city’s local products at their best. He represented the city of Quebec at the International Terra Madre in Torino in 2008 at a gathering of Slow Food that exchanges on biodiversity and the economy of the land. Finally, he had the opportunity to participate in several culinary events including the NFL 2013 Super Bowl Gala in New Orleans.
