    The RAWF reserves the right to limit and select products for sale for the benefit of all exhibitors. All applications are reviewed for suitability. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance / booth space.
  • Please provide a detailed list of everything you wish to sell, or services you want to promote.
  • Please include photographs of everything listed above. If files exceed size limit, please email separately to: commercial@royalfair.org

    • Please check the categories that best describe your products/services. Products that may be suitable for Feature Shopping Pavilions will automatically be reviewed for suitability, without the need for a separate application.
    • Please indicate your booth size needs (e.g. 10x10; 10x20 w/corner, 20x20 etc.). *Minimum space is 100 sq. ft.
