Opening Weekend
The Henry Equestrian Canadian Show Jumping Championship and the Mad Barn Indoor Eventing Challenge take centerstage Friday and Saturday evenings. Included in your horse show ticket will be the best athletes from two different equestrian sports competing for their respective championships on Friday November 1st and Saturday November 2nd.
All horse show tickets include General Admission for that same day.
Family Day
Enjoy a fun-filled day at the Royal Horse Show at a family friendly price! You’ll be treated to an afternoon of top Show Jumping, majestic heavy horses with wagons and incredible themed entertainment. Tickets include General Admission to the Fair for that same day and start at only $42.50 plus applicable service fees.
Tuesday Double Header
Enjoy the final round of the Canadian Hunter Derby National Championship as the top horses from across the country compete over a course of stunning natural obstacles simulating the fox hunting fences of days gone by. Followed by the championship of The Royal Dressage Freestyle Final, where you’ll enjoy the harmony of humans and horses as they compete to choreographed music. Snoop Dog would be proud!
All Horse Show tickets include General Admission to the Fair for that same day.
Opening Night of International Competition
Join us on Wednesday November 6 as we kick off a celebration of an incredible four days of the very best in international show jumping competitions along with inspiring entertainment.
We are also excited to bring back the Parade of Hounds, where we welcome the display of incredible fox hounds from the Toronto and North York Hunt Club, which was established in 1843 on Lake Ontario, near what is now Scarborough.
Mad Barn Big Ben International Challenge
A long-standing favourite event of Royal Fans, this event on Thursday November 7 features the world’s best show jumping athletes and their equally impressive horses over a challenging course in the Coliseum. Impress your family and friends or your date with a unique night on the town. Tickets include General Admission to the Fair on that same day.
The Royal FEI 2* Grand Prix – New in 2024!
A second grand prix event is a new addition to this year’s Royal Horse Show. Don’t like late nights? This matinee event is for you. Top athletes from Canada and around the world will vie for a share of $75,000 and the title of Royal Champion. Along with the K9-Equine Challenge, this matinee performance ensures something exciting for everyone.
Tickets Include General Admission to the Fair for that same day.
The K9-Equine Challenge
Featuring a partnership of an International Athlete and their horse paired with a Global Pet Foods SuperDogs®, this competition is a family favourite! Each member of the team navigates their respective course – horses over horse jumps and dogs over and through dog obstacles. The fastest combined time wins! It’s a fast and fun event for friends and family alike. Along with the Royal FEI 2* Grand Prix Show Jumping, this matinee performance is sure to delight all ages!

Longines FEI World Cup™
The final evening performance and competition of the iconic Royal Horse Show is not one you will want to miss! Twenty-five of the world’s best show jumping athletes will compete for the richest purse offered at The Royal and the title of Longines FEI World Cup™ Champion. Tickets include General Admission to the Fair for that same day.
This event sells out early so don’t delay when tickets go on sale to the general public September 3rd.
Royal Rodeo presented by Ontario Ford Dealers
The Royal Rodeo presented by Ontario Ford Dealers brings together the best bull riders as well as saddle and bareback bronc riders from across North America. Guests will also get a chance to cheer on leading barrel racers and pole benders while enjoying featured entertainment and the Canadian Cowgirls.

Royal Horse Show Entertainment
The Royal Horse Show not only provides the most exciting equine competition in North America, it also has some of the most exciting and awe-inspiring entertainment during paid performances.
As a guest, you’ll enjoy the Silk Aerial Duo, featuring an artistic representation of “A Bond Like No Other”, (November 1st and November 9th evening performances) the fun and fabulous Dueling Fiddles (November 2nd, Matinee, November 8th, evening) and the heart-pounding Drumline with “We Ride Together” during the evening performance November 2nd.
The Canadian Cowgirls
The Royal Horse Show welcomes back Canada’s sweethearts as the Canadian Cowgirls Drill Team celebrates our great country in a team ride to music. Loved by children and adults alike, the Canadian Cowgirls represent the very best of what it means to be Canadian. See them in the Matinee Saturday November 9 and in the Royal Rodeo at 2:00 pm on Sunday November 10.
