The Dinner Series

The Royal is excited to present its Chefs Table Dinner Series for 2024, featuring four exclusive dinners and one premium brunch experience. Running on select dates from November 1st to 10th, this series will showcase the very best of Canadian culinary talent, with each event designed to highlight sustainability, seasonality, and local producers. Guests will enjoy a 3-5 course dinner or brunch, paired with curated drinks, and will have the opportunity for exclusive interaction with head chefs and culinary teams. The series promises an intimate, memorable experience that celebrates agricultural and culinary excellence, with communal seating and potential demonstrations to enhance the guest experience.

Enjoy an intimate 3-course meal, perfectly paired with curated drinks, and the rare opportunity to interact with Chef Bonacini himself. After this unforgettable dinner, head over to the opening night of the Royal Horse Show for an evening of breathtaking performances you won’t forget.

With over two decades of expertise and a passion for sustainable, locally inspired cuisine, Chef Ponzo will craft a 3-course meal using the freshest ingredients. After dinner, enjoy the thrilling Royal Horse Show, featuring the final rounds of the Henry Equestrian Canadian Show Jumping Championship and The Mad Barn Indoor Eventing Challenge.
