We have been alerted to a phishing scam circulating among event vendors.

Red Flags:

• The Royal’s Commercial Department will NEVER contact you using free/public email services (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) or through messaging apps.
• We NEVER request payment in advance or require payments to be sent to personal webmail addresses.

What to do if you are targeted:

• Do not send money or personal information.
• Block and report these accounts immediately. 

Our Official Booking Process:

1. Application submission
2. Acceptance notification
3. Floor Space Selection (done exclusively through an official floor plan map)
4. Secure Contract Documents issued for your review
5. Deposit Payment (collected only after contracts are fully executed)
