Entry Deadline: Tuesday October 14, 2025. Late entries can be made online until Friday October 31, 2025, with the late entry fee.
Entry Fee: $85 per entry, $90 per cow/calf entry. Late Entry Fee: $265 per entry.
Chutes: $50 - are available to purchase for exhibitors with three (3) or more head stabled.

Move In - Barn: Tuesday November 4, 2025. Tack can be moved into the barns on Monday November 3, 2025. Cattle must be in place before Thursday November 6, 2025, at 8:00 AM
Move In - Tie-Outs: Tie outs will not be available until Monday November 3, 2025, after 8:00 AM.
Weigh In: TBD.

Class 3 - Female born in 2023, with her own 2025 natural, purebred, tattooed calf at foot: A calf from the two-year-old female cow/calf class may be shown individually in the Get-of Sire and Breeder’s Herd classes at MOE shows.
If the show has less than seventy-five (75) head of cattle, the show committee may also allow calves from the two-year-old female to be shown individually in the Current Year Calf Class.
If the show is over seventy-five (75) head of cattle, a heifer calf can be entered two ways (calf class and pair class). Depending on the show order, decided by the MOE show committee, heifer calves that win the honour of Grand or Reserve Grand Heifer Calf Champion may not be shown as a pair, or heifer calves on a Grand or Reserve Grand Champion cow may not be shown individually in the heifer calf class. A bull calf can be shown both ways.
Class 4 - Female born prior to January 1, 2023, with her own 2025 natural, purebred, tattooed calf at foot: A calf from the cow/calf class may be shown individually in the Get-of-Sire and Breeder’s Herd classes at MOE shows.

Premier Exhibitor Award An award is presented to the exhibitor with the most points for animals owned and shown by the exhibitor based on their highest (6) placings in the individual classes. All animals accumulating points for this award must be the entries of one exhibitor. In the case of joint-ownership, the exhibitor must be specified, otherwise the joint owners will be considered as one exhibitor / entry. Banner presented by The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair | Premier Breeder Award An award is presented to the individual company (as recorded on the Certificate of Registration) whose animals accumulate the highest total points based on their highest (6) placings in the individual classes. To be eligible for the Premier Breeder Award, the breeder must exhibit at the show. James W. Rummerfield Trophy Presented to the highest placed female with heifer calf at foot. Both must be Canadian Bred and Ontario owned (if partnership, one must be from Ontario). The Masterfeeds Supreme Beef Championship class will invite the Grand Champion Bull and Female from each of The Royal's seven breed shows, the National Junior Beef Heifer Show back into the ring along with the supreme champions from premier regional beef shows in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes to be judged for overall Supreme Bull and Female. Three North American officials have been invited to decide who will take home the prize and title of Masterfeeds Supreme Bull and Supreme Female.

The Royal Agircultural Winter Fair is a qualifying show for the Agribition Beef Supreme presented by CN.
The Masterfeeds Beef Champions will be invited to participate in The Agribition Beef Supreme presented by CN.
The Agribition Beef Supreme, presented by CN, will host the best of the best. On November 24 - 29, 2025, invited Supreme and Grand Champions from major livestock shows across North America join Agribition’s Grand Champion Bulls and Females to compete together in the Agribition Beef Supreme with a chance at the Supreme Champion title.
