Competition Information

Entry Deadline: Friday October 24, 2025. Late entries can be made online until Friday November 7, 2025 with the late entry fee.

Entry Fee: $60 per entry. Late Entry Fee: $250 per entry.

Move In / Out Information

Time of Arrival:

Move-in to the Industry Building (Main Barn) will begin Monday November 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
Move-in to the North Extension (Hall H) will continue the same as in previous years following the clean out and early morning move-in on Wednesday November 12, 2025.

Time of Release: Saturday November 15, 2025, beginning once The Fair closes. Release will be announced by the Dairy Cattle Superintendent. All cattle must be gone from the barns by Sunday November 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action.

PLEASE NOTE

Out of province exhibitors can make arrangements to house animals in barns located near Toronto prior to move in. Contact Harry Emmott for more information.
