Chef Nuit Regular is one of Toronto’s most influential culinary voices, celebrated for bringing the distinctive flavours and hospitality of Northern Thailand to Canada. Born and raised in Northern Thailand, Nuit began her culinary journey with the Curry Shack in the town of Pai before moving to Toronto, where she and her husband Jeff built a collection of acclaimed Thai restaurants.
The first Thai SELECT Ambassador for Canada, Chef Nuit has been recognized by the Government of Thailand for the authenticity of her cooking, while her restaurants PAI and Kiin have earned recognition from the MICHELIN Guide.
