Coulson Armstrong is a seasoned Chef from Toronto with a passion for vegetables and exploring diverse culinary experiences. After graduating from Humber College and working with Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality for nearly a decade, Coulson embarked on a three-year journey through Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Copenhagen before settling down in California. With a wealth of experience from working in over a dozen restaurants, Coulson has continually refined his skillset. Upon returning to Canada, he collaborated with Matty Matheson on the release of his cookbook Home Style Cookery before opening Matty’s Patty’s Burger Club, Cà Phê Rang, Prime Seafood Palace and Rizzo’s House of Parm. Now serving as the Culinary Director for our House Hospitality Company (Our House H.C.) and Executive Chef of Prime Seafood Palace, Coulson focuses on modern techniques, seasonal vegetables, and an ever-changing menu that keeps guests coming back for more.
